The one belief that's quietly running your life

There is usually a small, repeated story living under the surface of our decisions. It might sound like “I’m not enough,” “I have to do it perfectly,” or “I should not be seen.”

In NLP, we learn to recognise the language of that story and invite a new, kinder narrative. This is not about pretending things are easy — it is about giving yourself permission to move from a place of choice.

A first step is simply naming the belief. When it is named, it stops running in the dark.
